How long does it take to delete my account or personal data?
Upon receiving a request for account or personal data deletion, we will proceed to delete your account and associated data (and instruct our third-party service providers to do the same), unless mandated by regulatory or compliance obligations to retain such information. Some personal data might be retained by TomsCube or our third-party service providers post-account deletion to:

TomsCube does not retain real-time location data nor utilize location services for any purpose other than the geo-push notification feature.
